The Tillicum Lelum Primary Care Department is an interdisciplinary team offering longitudinal family care, prioritizing Urban Indigenous families while remaining open to all individuals within the Regional District of Nanaimo.

We are accepting new patients.

Our dedicated team — including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), an Indigenous Health Systems Navigator (IHSN), and Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) — works collaboratively to provide compassionate, continuous care that strengthens the health, wellness, and connection of our community members.

Located within the Health and Wellness Centre at the Tillicum Lelum Friendship Centre, our clinic offers a safe and welcoming space where staff are trained in culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches.
