Tillicum Lelum Aboriginal Friendship
Centre has 67 staff annually and 11 summer support staff. Tillicum Lelum Aboriginal Friendship
Centre maintains an organizational chart that designates all lines
of authority in the organization. The roles and responsibility
has an existing supervisory authority within the society’s
structure. The centre has established a criteria and expectation
of staff. We do promote staff wellness by offering various training.
Staff has participated in either one, two or three phases of the “Personal
Empowerment” as
part as team building. Tillicum Lelum Aboriginal Friendship
Centre staff are focusing on working together as a team collaboratively
to better service the community needs, and taking care of themselves.
